We won't necessarily cover every topic. Instead, we'll focus on what's most relevant to you.

What's included in your $370 package?

Your VIP LinkedIn Strategy Session includes 90 minutes of my professional time, divided into three components.

1. Before we meet: 10-minute personal LinkedIn profile review

I'll review your existing personal LinkedIn profile before our appointment to familiarise myself with your professional background and identify areas we might explore together.

2. Our appointment: 50-minute individual online consultation

We'll meet online for a personalised 50-minute consultation.

This is dedicated time to discuss your LinkedIn presence, professional identity, networking interests and goals, with an opportunity to ask questions and explore ideas relevant to your circumstances.

3. After our appointment: 30 minutes preparing your action plan

Following our consultation, I'll compile my notes and prepare a concise, personalised one-page LinkedIn action plan with recommendations and practical next steps.

Total: 90 minutes of professional support, including a 50-minute online consultation.

Hi, I'm Jazmin!

I'm an AASW-registered social worker, professional supervisor, founder of Jazmin Pursell Consulting and host of the Not Another PD podcast.

I hold a Master of Social Work and a Master of Mental Health, with extensive experience across counselling and therapy, mental health, disability, education, professional supervision and leadership.

How long is the consultation?

Our individual online appointment is 50 minutes.

Your $370 package includes 90 minutes of my professional time in total: a 10-minute review of your personal LinkedIn profile before our appointment, our 50-minute consultation and 30 minutes preparing your personalised one-page action plan afterwards.

Do I need an existing LinkedIn profile?

Yes. As the consultation includes a review of your personal LinkedIn profile, you'll need to have a profile established before our appointment.

It doesn't need to be complete or regularly updated.

If you're entirely new to LinkedIn, my Let's Talk LinkedIn masterclass may be a useful starting point.

Can we work on my business or company LinkedIn page?

This consultation focuses on your individual LinkedIn profile and professional presence.

If you're a business owner, we can explore how you communicate your professional identity, expertise and business ownership through your personal profile.

Reviewing or developing a separate business or company LinkedIn page isn't included.

Will you rewrite my LinkedIn profile or create posts for me?

No. This is a personalised professional consultation, rather than a done-for-you copywriting or social media management service.

We can discuss ideas, wording and opportunities to strengthen your profile or professional engagement, but the focus is on guidance and recommendations.

What will I receive after our appointment?

You'll receive a concise, personalised one-page LinkedIn action plan summarising key recommendations and practical next steps.

Is this a marketing or sales strategy consultation?

No. The session focuses on your personal LinkedIn profile, professional identity, networking, career development and meaningful professional engagement.

It isn't a comprehensive marketing, advertising or sales strategy service.

Do I need to attend Let's Talk LinkedIn first?

No. You can purchase the VIP LinkedIn Strategy Session independently.

However, if you'd like to build your understanding of LinkedIn before receiving individual guidance, the masterclass can be a useful starting point.

Can I purchase now and book in 2027?

Yes. You can purchase your VIP session now and book an available appointment in 2027, subject to availability.

How do I book my appointment?

After purchasing, you'll receive separate booking instructions and a unique, single-use code to schedule your 50-minute online appointment through Acuity.

Because you've already paid through Squarespace, you won't need to pay again when using your supplied code.

Can I purchase the masterclass and VIP session together?

Yes!

VIP LinkedIn Strategy Session: Terms and Conditions:

By purchasing a VIP LinkedIn Strategy Session, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Session inclusions

The VIP LinkedIn Strategy Session costs $370 AUD and includes:

• A 10-minute review of your personal LinkedIn profile before your appointment.

• A 50-minute individual online consultation via Zoom.

• A personalised one-page action plan, prepared following your consultation (approximately 30 minutes of preparation).

This service provides individual professional guidance and strategy support. It does not include managing your LinkedIn account, creating content on your behalf, ongoing coaching or reviewing organisational LinkedIn pages.

2. Payment and scheduling

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Purchasing a VIP LinkedIn Strategy Session does not automatically schedule an appointment.

You will receive a separate email containing your appointment scheduling link and a pre-session LinkedIn questionnaire.

Appointments are subject to availability, and you are responsible for scheduling your appointment within the specified validity period.

3. Six-month booking validity

Your VIP LinkedIn Strategy Session must be scheduled and attended within six months of the original purchase date.

For example, if you purchase your session on 1 November 2026, your consultation must take place no later than 1 May 2027.

Please allow sufficient time when scheduling, as appointments are subject to availability.

Sessions that have not been used within the six-month validity period will expire, and unused fees will generally not be refunded or credited, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Extensions may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Jazmin Pursell Consulting. Any applicable consumer guarantees and statutory rights remain unaffected.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

A minimum of 48 Queensland business hours' notice is required to reschedule an appointment without incurring a cancellation fee.

The following conditions apply:

• 48 business hours or more: You may reschedule your appointment without an additional fee, provided the new appointment falls within the six-month validity period.

• 24 to less than 48 business hours: A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session price applies.

• Less than 24 business hours or non-attendance: The full session fee applies.

Business hours are calculated using Queensland business days, excluding weekends and Queensland public holidays.

If a cancellation fee applies to a prepaid session, the relevant amount will be retained, subject to Australian Consumer Law. Any remaining credit or refund will be handled in accordance with these terms and applicable consumer law.

Exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Refunds

VIP LinkedIn Strategy Sessions are prepaid individual professional services.

Refunds are generally not available for change of mind, personal scheduling difficulties, failure to book within the six-month validity period or a decision not to proceed with the service.

Where a cancellation occurs before an appointment has been scheduled, any request for a refund or credit will be considered in accordance with the circumstances of the purchase and applicable consumer law.

If Jazmin Pursell Consulting is unable to provide the purchased service, an appropriate alternative arrangement or remedy will be offered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Pre-session questionnaire and LinkedIn profile review

You will receive a short questionnaire to complete before your appointment.

The questionnaire helps me understand your professional goals, current LinkedIn experience, challenges and areas you'd like to focus on during our consultation.

Your completed questionnaire and personal LinkedIn profile URL must be submitted at least two Queensland business days before your scheduled appointment.

This allows sufficient time to review your responses and prepare for our consultation.

If the questionnaire or profile information is not received by the deadline, the level of individual preparation may be limited.

Requests to reschedule remain subject to the cancellation and rescheduling conditions outlined above.

You will never be required to share your LinkedIn password, login credentials or account access.

7. Attendance and technology

All VIP LinkedIn Strategy Sessions are delivered online via Zoom.

You are responsible for having a suitable internet connection, working device and access to Zoom.

Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, your consultation will generally still finish at the originally scheduled time.

Non-attendance without the required notice will result in the full session fee being retained, subject to applicable consumer law.

If Jazmin Pursell Consulting needs to reschedule your appointment, you will be offered an alternative date or an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

8. Confidentiality, recording and AI transcription

Information shared during your consultation will be treated confidentially, subject to applicable legal and professional obligations.

Clients must not record, photograph, screenshot, livestream or use AI transcription or meeting-assistant tools during the consultation without prior written permission.

Information may be disclosed where required or permitted by law, including circumstances involving serious safety concerns or relevant professional obligations.

9. Professional advice and outcomes

VIP LinkedIn Strategy Sessions provide professional development guidance tailored to your stated goals and circumstances.

The service does not constitute legal advice, employment placement, marketing management or a guarantee of specific outcomes.

No guarantee is made regarding increased LinkedIn engagement, professional opportunities, business enquiries, audience growth or employment outcomes.

You remain responsible for your LinkedIn activity, professional conduct and compliance with relevant employer policies, professional standards and ethical obligations.

10. Intellectual property

Any resources, recommendations or personalised action plans provided during or following your consultation are intended for your individual professional use.

Materials must not be reproduced, distributed, sold, uploaded to shared resource libraries or used for commercial training purposes without prior written permission from Jazmin Pursell Consulting.

11. Respectful participation

Jazmin Pursell Consulting is committed to providing a respectful, inclusive and professionally supportive environment.

Disrespectful, discriminatory, threatening or otherwise inappropriate behaviour may result in the consultation being discontinued.

Any applicable refund or other remedy will be determined in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
