Who supports the people supporting everyone else?
Many leaders spend their days supporting staff, managing workloads, navigating difficult conversations, and trying to keep everything moving.
They're often caught between what their team needs and what their organisation expects.
And when you're the person everyone turns to for support, it can feel like you're carrying a lot on your own.
Leadership can be rewarding.
It can also feel heavy.
That's where I can help.
I help leaders in helping professions lead well, support their teams, and enjoy leadership again.
Leadership Consultation | Reflective Practice | Training
Leadership can feel lonely.
Many leaders I work with genuinely care about their people.
They want their teams to feel supported.
They want people to speak up early when something isn't right.
They want to create workplaces people want to be part of.
But they're also managing competing priorities, staffing challenges, difficult conversations, increasing workloads, and pressure from all directions.
You might recognise some of these thoughts:
• "The workload is impossible."
• "Nothing ever changes."
• "I raised concerns and nothing happened."
• "I feel stuck in the middle."
• "Who supports me?"
If any of that sounds familiar, you're not alone.
You don't have to figure it all out on your own.

Because helping professionals deserve support too.
Hi, I’m Jazmin (She/Her)
