A little about me (in case we haven’t met yet!)

I'm Jazmin Pursell, a Social Worker, leadership consultant and AASW Registered Social Worker ACSA Registered Supervisor.

For more than 10 years, I've worked in and alongside the helping professions across child protection, education, disability, mental health, community services and government.

Throughout that time, I've had the privilege of working with incredible professionals and leaders who care deeply about the people they support. I've also seen the realities that often come with those roles, heavy workloads, competing priorities, emotionally demanding work and the pressure of making difficult decisions every day.

That's why I do what I do.

I'm passionate about helping leaders build confidence, create healthy boundaries, navigate complexity and lead in a way that's both effective and sustainable.

Because when leaders are well supported, the people around them benefit too.

From time to time, I'll send practical leadership insights, reflective practice ideas, podcast episodes, helpful resources, and updates about my training, supervision and workshops.
