GROUP SUPERVISION FOR HELPING PROFESSIONALS (3-MONTH PROGRAM): PRACTITIONERS GROUP
June-August 2026
Helping professionals are often holding a lot.
• Complex client work
• Emotional load that carries beyond work hours
• Blurred boundaries and competing demands
• Limited time to properly reflect or think things through
And without space to reflect, it builds.
Supervision can quickly become something you try to fit in, rather than something that actually supports your practice.
This group is designed for helping professionals who want a consistent space to step out of the pace of their work and think more clearly about what they’re navigating day to day.
Across three months, we meet monthly for 90 minutes.
The focus is on reflective practice, boundaries, decision-making, and working through real client and workplace situations.
This is not about ticking supervision hours.
It’s about having a space where you can:
• talk through complexity
• reflect on your practice
• strengthen your boundaries
• and feel less alone in the work you’re doing
Many of the professionals I work with describe supervision as one of the few spaces where they can slow down and make sense of what’s actually happening in their role.
Here is what they have shared:
“I have tried several supervisors over the last year but none of them come close to what I get from my sessions with Jazmin… I always feel inspired, more confident and knowledgeable at the end of our sessions.”
— Mental Health Professional
“My supervision sessions… incredibly supportive and knowledgeable… particularly helpful for social workers who benefit from her adaptable style of supervision.”
— Social Worker
“Working with Jazmin has been a great experience… I have felt supported to grow within my role through supervision.”
— Social Worker
“I attended a reflective practice session… It gave me insight and reassurance that I am doing the best I can and I’m not the only one going through certain challenges.”
— Independent Support Worker
“Jazmin is extremely knowledgeable and it is a pleasure to do my supervision with her and grow in my field.”
— Youth Worker
