Practitioners Helping Professions Group Supervision-3 Month Program October 2026, November 2026 & February 2027
Professional supervision and reflective practice for PRACTITIONERS in the helping professions.
3 Month Program with sessions in October 2026, November 2026 & February 2027.
Helping professionals spend their days supporting others through complex situations.
Whether you're working with clients, patients, students, families or communities, you're constantly making professional judgements, navigating ethical considerations, balancing competing priorities and responding to emotionally demanding work. Despite this, many practitioners have limited opportunities to step back, reflect and process the realities of their role.
Practitioners Group Supervision provides a confidential, professionally facilitated space where helping professionals can reflect on their practice, strengthen their professional judgement and learn alongside others who understand the realities of frontline work.
This is not case management, counselling or professional development that simply transfers information.
It is professional supervision grounded in reflective practice, ethical decision-making and evidence-informed practice.
Who is this for?
This group is designed for practitioners working across the helping professions, including those in:
Community services
Mental health
Disability
Allied health
Education
Health
Child and family services
Government
Not-for-profit organisations
Private practice
Whether you're an early-career practitioner or have years of experience, this group provides dedicated time to reflect on your work, strengthen your practice and continue developing alongside other helping professionals.

What you can expect:
Over three months, you'll become part of a small, confidential group of helping professionals who are committed to learning, reflecting and supporting one another.
Together we'll create a psychologically safe space where you can:
Reflect on complex client and workplace situations.
Gain different perspectives from other helping professionals.
Strengthen your confidence and professional judgement.
Explore ethical and practice challenges.
Develop healthier professional boundaries.
Feel supported by others who understand the realities of helping work.
Rather than being told what to do, you'll be supported to think critically, strengthen your own decision-making and develop approaches that align with your professional values, practice framework and workplace context.
Why professional supervision?
Helping professionals spend much of their working lives supporting the wellbeing, growth and outcomes of others.
Professional supervision provides dedicated time to step back from the demands of everyday practice, reflect critically on your work, explore challenges from different perspectives and continue developing as a practitioner.
Regular reflective practice can strengthen professional judgement, ethical decision-making, confidence and sustainable practice while reducing the isolation that can sometimes come with helping roles.

As payments are processed automatically, adjustments or retrospective discounts cannot be applied if the discount code is not used at the time of booking.
If minimum participant numbers are not met, Jazmin Pursell Consulting reserves the right to postpone or cancel the program. In this unlikely event, participants will be offered the option of a full refund or transfer to the next available intake.
