Many leaders spend their days supporting the wellbeing, performance and professional development of others while making complex decisions, navigating competing priorities, responding to workplace challenges and managing organisational expectations. Despite this responsibility, many receive very little dedicated support themselves.
Leaders Group Supervision provides a confidential, professionally facilitated space where leaders can step back from the day-to-day demands of leadership, reflect on their practice and learn alongside other leaders who understand the realities of the role.
This is not leadership coaching, management training or networking.
It is professional supervision grounded in reflective practice, ethical decision-making and evidence-informed leadership.

There are no sessions during December or January to allow for the Christmas and school holiday period.

Jazmin Pursell is a qualified social worker, consultant, educator and ACSA Registered Supervisor with extensive leadership experience across government, education, child protection, forensic disability, community services and private practice.
She is passionate about supporting leaders in the helping professions through reflective practice, professional supervision and evidence-informed leadership development.

Group Supervision – Terms & Conditions
By registering for this Group Supervision program, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Time Zone
All sessions are scheduled in Brisbane time (Queensland). Please check your local time zone before booking to ensure the session time works for you.
2. Closed Group Format
Group Supervision is delivered as a closed group over the full three-month program.
Once the program begins, participants remain consistent for the duration of the group and new participants are not added.
This structure supports psychological safety, trust, continuity of discussion and the development of meaningful professional relationships within the group.
3. Attendance & Missed Sessions
Group Supervision sessions are to be attended at the scheduled time.
Due to the closed-group format and the reflective nature of professional supervision, sessions cannot be transferred, exchanged or made up if you are unable to attend.
Sessions are not interchangeable between groups.
4. Refunds & Discount Codes
All bookings are non-refundable.
Refunds are not available for change of mind, scheduling conflicts or non-attendance.
Returning participants are welcome to use the $20 returning participant discount by entering the discount code at checkout.
As payments are processed automatically, adjustments or retrospective discounts cannot be applied if the discount code is not used at the time of booking.
5. Professional Supervision Requirements
Please check with your own professional association, employer or registration body to confirm whether participation in this Group Supervision program meets your supervision or continuing professional development (CPD) requirements.
Jazmin Pursell Consulting is not responsible for whether supervision or CPD hours are accepted by your professional body, employer or registration authority, and refunds cannot be issued on this basis.
6. Confidentiality
Group Supervision is a confidential and supportive professional space.
Participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of information shared by other group members and not disclose identifying information discussed during supervision outside the group, unless required by law or where there is a serious and immediate risk of harm.
To support confidentiality and psychological safety, sessions are not recorded.
7. Scope of Practice
Group Supervision is designed to facilitate reflective practice, professional development and peer learning within a professionally facilitated environment.
Participants are encouraged to share their experiences, reflections, resources and recommendations that they have found helpful. However, participants should only contribute within the limits of their own professional qualifications, experience and scope of practice.
Information shared by participants should not be relied upon as legal, financial, medical or other specialist professional advice. Where a matter falls outside the expertise of the group, participants are encouraged to seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
The purpose of Group Supervision is not to provide specialist advice, but to support reflective practice, ethical decision-making and professional growth. Each participant remains responsible for their own professional decisions and practice.
8. Support Between Sessions
Support between scheduled Group Supervision sessions is not included as part of the program.
If you require additional support, including guidance with workplace challenges, professional decision-making, leadership issues or case discussions, individual supervision sessions can be booked separately.
9. Certificates & Receipts
A Certificate of Attendance for CPD purposes will be provided following completion of the program and will reflect the hours attended.
Tax invoices and receipts are available upon request.
10. Delivery Method
All Group Supervision sessions are conducted online via Zoom.
Participants are responsible for joining sessions on time and ensuring they have access to a private, confidential environment, a suitable device, a stable internet connection and Zoom prior to each session.
11. Professional Conduct
Participants are expected to contribute respectfully, remain within their professional scope of practice, and help maintain a psychologically safe, inclusive and professional learning environment.
Jazmin Pursell Consulting reserves the right to remove a participant from the program if their behaviour is considered unsafe, discriminatory, intimidating, disruptive or otherwise inconsistent with the purpose of professional supervision. In these circumstances, refunds will not be provided.
12. Wellbeing Support
Group Supervision is designed to support professional reflection, learning and development. It is not a counselling, crisis support or mental health treatment service.
If you require immediate personal support, please contact your GP, treating health professional or an appropriate crisis support service.
