GROUP SUPERVISION FOR HELPING PROFESSIONALS (3-MONTH PROGRAM): BUSINESS OWNERS GROUP
June-August 2026
Helping professionals running a business, or thinking about starting one, are often holding more than people realise.
• Client work and clinical responsibility
• Business decisions and financial pressure
• Admin, systems, and everything behind the scenes
• Visibility, referrals, and building something sustainable
• The ongoing question of whether and how to move into private practice
And without space to step back and think clearly, it builds.
Supervision can easily become something focused only on client work, while the realities of running or building a business sit in the background, unprocessed.
This group is designed for helping professionals who are running a business, as well as those who are actively working towards starting one.
Across three months, we meet monthly for 90 minutes.
The focus is on reflective practice across both your client work and your business or future business direction.
This might include:
• navigating boundaries with clients
• managing capacity and workload
• decision-making in your business
• balancing clinical work with operational demands
• building or transitioning into private practice
• working through the pressure of being both practitioner and business owner
This is not a space where you need to have everything figured out.
It’s a space to step out of the day-to-day pressure and think more clearly about how you’re working, and where you’re heading.
Being in a group with other helping professionals who are also building or running a business creates a different kind of conversation.
One that is grounded, practical, and focused on what this actually looks like in real life.
Many of the professionals I work with describe this as one of the few spaces where they can properly reflect on both their practice and their business, without needing to carry it alone.
Here is what they have shared:
“I have tried several supervisors over the last year but none of them come close… I always feel inspired, more confident and knowledgeable at the end of our sessions.”
— Mental Health Professional
“Jazmin has provided expert support… extremely responsive and knowledgeable… a strong support and partner in working towards your goals.”
— Helping Professional
“Working with Jazmin has been a great experience… I have felt supported to grow within my role through supervision.”
— Social Worker
