Leaders Group Supervision (6-Month Program) 2025-2026
Reflect. Realign. Lead with confidence.
Many leaders in the helping professions tell me they don’t have access to regular supervision within their organisations, and it shows. Without a confidential space to reflect, process challenges, and gain perspective, even the most experienced leaders can begin to feel isolated, reactive, and unsure of how to sustain themselves in the work.
Leadership roles carry a unique weight. You’re supporting staff, managing complex client systems, holding ethical responsibility, and trying to maintain your own wellbeing, often without the structured support you provide to others.
This monthly online group supervision program offers a dedicated space for organisational leaders, managers, and senior practitioners to reflect, reconnect, and strengthen their leadership practice. Together, we’ll explore the realities of leading in the helping professions, the challenges, the emotional load, and the decisions that shape both teams and culture.
Over six months, you’ll experience more than professional development, you’ll experience transformation. Leaders who join this group often describe moving from constant problem-solving and self-doubt to clarity, steadiness, and renewed confidence. You’ll leave each session with greater perspective, stronger boundaries, and practical ways to support others without losing yourself in the process.
This isn’t another management training. It’s supervision that centres you, the person behind the leader.
What to Expect:
Across six 90-minute online sessions, you’ll:
Reflect on real-world leadership challenges, team dynamics, and ethical dilemmas
Strengthen your confidence, boundaries, and clarity in decision-making
Develop self-awareness and resilience for sustainable leadership
Connect with peers who understand the complexity of leading in the helping professions
Receive certificate for CPD for supervision hours after the six month program
Each session blends reflective discussion, professional dialogue, helping you grow as a leader who leads with intention, empathy, and integrity, who cares deeply about your staff and the clients you and your team support every day.
