Hi, I’m Jazmin

I’m a coach, social worker, and human who’s been where you are.

Despite my qualifications, Master of Social Work, Master of Mental Health, Graduate Certificate in Autism, I still burned out.

I said yes too much, avoided boundaries, ran on sugar and stress, and felt completely disconnected from my own life.

Eventually, I hit a wall. And from that place, I rebuilt.

I set boundaries. I found a way to feel alive inside my job, instead of lost within it.

Now I help other helping professionals do the same.

I created Beyond the Caseload for the version of me who didn’t know where to start and for the version of you who needs permission to begin.

  • You can’t. Everything is self-paced and always available. The content is built for busy time-poor people. It’s short, sharp and impactful.

  • You’ll be part of a private community and get regular tools, content, and prompts to keep you moving forward.

  • Not inside the membership, but members get access to discounted 1:1 coaching.

  • Not as part of the membership itself. Beyond the Caseload is a you-focused membership, not a supervision support service. However, as a member, you’ll receive access to discounted rates for group and 1:1 supervision with me.

  • Yes, that’s exactly who this is for. The content is light, gentle, and designed to meet you where you are.

  • As much or as little as you can manage. The average is 30–60 minutes a week but there’s no pressure. Everything is designed to be quick, flexible, and easily fitted around real-life demands.

  • If you work in a helping profession, social work, counselling, education, health, support coordination, case management or similar, then yes. The content is built to be broadly applicable across sectors, with tools that work in real-world, high-pressure roles.

  • Yes, nothing is shared outside the membership space. Members are expected to respect each other’s privacy, and the community is designed to be a safe, supportive space. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with, always on your terms. You can be a part of the membership, have access to all of the content and resources and not publicly engage at all if you choose. It’s whatever you’re comfortable with.

  • The six-month cycle will rotate again, giving you the chance to revisit each focus area with deeper insight and stronger habits. Many people choose to stay for ongoing support and community.

  • Many members can claim the membership as a professional development expense. Check with your employer, professional body, or accountant to confirm what's eligible in your situation. Please request a CPD certificate if you would like one.

  • That’s probably because they tried to change everything at once. We do it differently, one focus at a time, with space to actually implement.
