Although I am a qualified mental health professional, this service is not counselling, and I recommend connecting with a counsellor or therapist if you’re needing dedicated mental health support.

Yes, I offer flexible scheduling, including sessions outside business hours, to accommodate busy workloads and family commitments.Sessions are held online via Zoom and run for 60 minutes. You’ll get supportive, practical guidance, not homework or theory overload.
