Although I am a qualified mental health professional, this service is not counselling, and I recommend connecting with a counsellor or therapist if you’re needing dedicated mental health support.

  • Yes, I offer flexible scheduling, including sessions outside business hours, to accommodate busy workloads and family commitments.Sessions are held online via Zoom and run for 60 minutes. You’ll get supportive, practical guidance, not homework or theory overload.

  • Absolutely. This support is made for that. It’s gentle, real, and designed to meet you exactly where you are, no need to have it all together.

  • Not at all. Come as you are. We’ll work together to focus on what feels most important in the moment.
