Group Supervision – Terms & Conditions

By registering for any Group Supervision program facilitated by Jazmin Pursell Consulting, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Time Zone
All sessions are scheduled in AEDT/AEST (Melbourne/Sydney time). Please check your local time zone prior to bookingto ensure the time works for you.

2. Attendance & Missed Sessions
Group supervision sessions need to be attended at the scheduled time.
Because of the group format, there are no catch-up sessions, transfers, or make-ups if you are unable to attend.

3. Refunds & Discount Codes
All bookings are non-refundable.
Existing clients are welcome to use the $20 discount when the code is applied at checkout.
As payments are processed automatically, adjustments or retrospective discounts aren’t possible if the code isn’t used at the time of booking.

4. Professional Supervision Requirements
Please check with your own professional registration body to confirm whether this group supervision counts towards your required supervision or CPD hours.
Jazmin Pursell Consulting is not responsible for whether these hours are accepted, and refunds cannot be issued on this basis.

5. Confidentiality
Group supervision is a confidential, supportive space.
Please maintain the privacy of every professional in the group and keep all shared information confidential.
Sessions are not recorded due to the sensitive and reflective nature of the discussions.

6. Support Outside of Sessions
Support between sessions isn’t included in the group program.
If something arises that you’d like guidance on—whether a workplace issue, case discussion, or career question—you’re warmly invited to book an individual supervision or coaching session with Jazmin.

7. Peer Connection (Optional)
Participants are welcome to connect in the free closed Facebook group.
This space is peer-led, and while Jazmin is part of the community, it is not monitored regularly.

8. Certificates & Receipts
A Certificate of Attendance for CPD purposes can be provided on request, and will reflect the hours you attended.
Tax invoices/receipts are also available on request.

9. Delivery Method
All group supervision sessions are held online via Zoom.
Please ensure you have a private space and a stable internet connection for each session.
