Where are your boundaries right now?
My Boundaries Pyramid is a simple visual framework for thinking about boundaries across three stages:
Survive. Sustain. Thrive.
It’s a resource I normally use with my clients and inside my training, and I’m making it available for you to download for free.
The Pyramid can help you recognise where your boundaries may be sitting right now and how they can shift depending on what’s happening in your work and life.
Because boundaries aren't static, and they don't exist in isolation. Workplace culture, health, family circumstances and other external factors can all influence our ability to implement and maintain them.
Enter your details below and I’ll send the Boundaries Pyramid straight to your inbox.
What you'll receive:
The resource introduces the three stages of my framework:
Survive boundaries
Meeting immediate needs and creating safety. Boundaries may be reactive, protective or focused on getting through each day.
Sustain boundaries
Moving beyond crisis mode and putting structures in place that support greater balance and consistency.
Thrive boundaries
Boundaries come more naturally and are implemented authentically, while also supporting healthy practices for others.
The aim isn't to reach Thrive and stay there permanently.
We can move between the stages as our circumstances change..
Why I created the Boundaries Pyramid:
I talk about boundaries a lot in my work with leaders and helping professionals.
But boundaries are rarely as simple as telling someone to “just say no.”
Our ability to implement and maintain boundaries can be influenced by the work we're doing, the environments we're working within and what's happening elsewhere in our lives.
I created the Boundaries Pyramid as a way to make those conversations more visible and give us a framework for exploring where someone is now.
It's one of the resources I use within my work with clients and inside my training.
Now I'm sharing it with you.
